⭐️ About STEMBRIDGEINC
For decades, STEM has stood as the driving force of innovation, technology, medical advancement, and environmental sustainability. However, women still remain heavily underrepresented, especially within leadership roles.
The STEM gender gap has impacted women by limiting their access to opportunity, hindering their career growth, and by limiting their gender diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. However, there is a rising awareness towards the gender gap, including initiatives to break down stereotypes and build inclusive spaces to address the issue.
STEMBRIDGE is driven by three key principles: empowerment, collaboration, and leadership. Our collective vision is to foster a community of driven girls interested in pursuing STEM education and leadership by providing them with STEM activities that ignite their curiosity and leadership. Our mission is to provide accessible educational opportunities and resources to inspire an early interest in STEM for girls across the nation.
Women only make up 28% of the STEM workforce.

Around 19% of company board members are women.
